Bulk guava puree for tropical fruit formulations.
Guava puree is generally produced from ripe guava fruit that is washed, prepared and refined into a smooth fruit base. Guava has a distinctive aromatic profile with natural sweetness and acidity, making it useful both as a primary flavor and as a component in tropical fruit blends.
Pink and white guava varieties can differ in color, aroma, sweetness and acidity. Fruit maturity, origin and processing method also influence natural Brix, flavor intensity and viscosity. Because guava naturally contains numerous hard seeds, commercial puree programs commonly place particular attention on seed removal, sieve size and control of coarse particles.
Major industrial applications include nectars, smoothies, tropical juice blends, fruit beverages, dairy drinks, yogurt preparations, ice cream, sorbets, bakery fillings, jams, fruit preparations, sauces, dessert toppings and confectionery. Guava also blends well with mango, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, strawberry and citrus ingredients in multi-fruit formulations.
Bulk Guava Puree inquiries are evaluated around guava type, origin, processing method, target Brix and acidity, color, seed and particle control, consistency, packaging, quantity and delivery timing. Critical microbiological, storage and certification requirements should also be identified during supplier qualification.
